I studied psychology at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana. During my undergraduate studies, I gained knowledge abroad through the European exchange program, specifically at the Facultad de la Laguna, Tenerife, Spain. After completing my undergraduate studies, I continued my academic journey with a postgraduate scientific degree in clinical psychology,<\/strong> which I successfully completed in 2012 with the defense of my master’s thesis, focusing on addressing depression and anxiety in women during pregnancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have continuously pursued further education throughout my career. I completed the Practicum II in behavioral and cognitive therapies<\/strong> within the Slovenian Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy, where I am currently enrolled in the supervisory level of education. I am in the process of training in the field of depth psychotherapy for trauma<\/strong>. In 2012, I obtained the title of medical hypnosis therapist<\/strong> (Slovenian Association for Medical Hypnosis, Prof. Marjan Pajntar). I received a certificate from the European Federation of Psychologists EuroPsy<\/strong> in the field of educational psychology, which guarantees clients the appropriate education, professional competence, and ethical conduct of the psychologist. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am employed at the Conservatory for Music and Ballet Ljubljana, where I provide counseling services and develop approaches to mental preparation for musicians and dancers for performances<\/strong>. At the Higher Ballet School, I teach the subject Psychology of Personality, Learning, and Dance. I have collaborated with the Center for Psychodiagnostic Tools on several development projects. Within the Association for Medical Hypnosis, I participated in the preparation and implementation of training on the use of hypnosis in gynecology and obstetrics<\/strong>. I have led several courses in autogenic training and other relaxation techniques, both individual and group. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Within the Satori Institute, I provide cognitive-behavioral therapy under regular supervision, medical hypnosis<\/strong>, and conduct workshops or courses in relaxation techniques<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am a member of the Slovenian Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapy, the Slovenian Association of Psychologists, and the Slovenian Association for Medical Hypnosis. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A significant part of my life journey is personal growth, which I live by engaging in regular professional training, continuous supervision, and working on myself. In my free time, I dedicate myself to yoga, reading, I greatly enjoy art and contact with nature. I am a mother of two children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
